Website privacy notice
Optional website statistics
When enabled, and only if you choose Allow statistics, Sunset Serenity measures public page visits, referrer website host names, broad device categories and successful contact inquiries. Collection is currently disabled pending approval. Staff and family portal activity is not included.
A random identifier stays in this browser tab, renewing after 30 minutes of inactivity; it is transformed into a daily pseudonym before storage. This is an approximate session count, not a count of identifiable people. Your consent choice is stored on this device until changed. Withdraw it using the control in the footer; this stops future collection and removes the tab identifier.
We do not store names, emails, form text, full referral links, exact IP addresses, GPS, fingerprints or care records in visitor statistics. No city or region is currently collected. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional collection.
Only an active Owner can read visitor reports. Visitor events are limited to 30 days and expired events are removed during collection. If collection is paused, deletion requires the separate retention cleanup described in the operating procedure. No advertising or third-party analytics tracker is added.
Inquiries, applications and testimonials
Forms require separate consent. Inquiries and applications are reviewed privately by the Owner, and resumes are stored privately. Testimonials are published only after consent and Owner approval. Do not include resident, medical or sensitive financial information in public website forms.
Abuse protection and your choices
To protect submissions and statistics, the server may briefly transform a network address into a non-reversible, secret-keyed abuse-control value. The original address is not saved in visitor records. Expired protection entries are cleaned up by the existing protection system. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational security logs under their policies.
Contact Sunset Serenity through the Contact page with privacy questions or correction/removal requests. Do not send sensitive information. Anonymous visitor records cannot be matched back to your identity. Legal retention obligations may apply to submitted records.
